Orders over 250 units are qualified for wholesale pricing. For general orders, please visit our store or click here.
- Payment
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Visa. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. While your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped, there is a hold for the total dollar amount ensuring that the funds will be available. We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.
- Secure Checkout
To ensure the protection of your personal data, our checkout process is secure and PCI compliance. You can also choose to check out via PayPal. For more information about PayPal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. If you decided to check out through PayPal, during the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal secure website where you can enter your credit card information. After completing payment, you will be returned back to our website. You don’t need to have PayPal account in order to complete your payment process. For Both ways of check out are highly secured and monitored.
- Taxes
Orders processed for all US states do not require Travelers’ Imports to charge sales tax at this time.
- Product Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product, notify us directly using the customer satisfaction contact information listed on the product label.
- Travelers’ Imports Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be pleased with your Manana products. So, if you are not satisfied with your purchase – for whatever reason – we will generally exchange the item(s) or refund your money.
7.1 Return of New Items: Travelers’ Imports generally allows you to return new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refunds and exchanges are issued for the amount of merchandise only.
7.2 Return of Defective Items: Travelers’ Imports allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs: You are generally responsible for shipping any return product to the warehouse. In the event that you exchange a defective product for a new product, Travelers’ Imports will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after your purchase date.
- Order Processing and Cancellation, Processing Returns
We work hard to process your online order promptly. As such, it may not always be possible to cancel your order before it ships. Please call us toll free at 1-920-717-07, to request a cancellation, and we’ll strive to cancel your order before it goes out the door. If your order has already shipped, you can return it unopened, and we’ll refund the purchase price. Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will typically be processed within 2-5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
